After a year off, Peter Schickele returns to the annual extravaganza in the Woodstock area to herald the holiday season with Gilles Malkine and Mikhail Horowitz, who provided the following description of this year’s evening of music and comedy at the Bearsville Theater: 

Dedicated to laughing at, not with, Christmas, Hanukah, and Kwanzaa, the Sixth Annual Holiday Trainwreck—a comedy revue featuring Professor Peter Schickele and the profoundly underachieving duo of Mikhail Horowitz and Gilles Malkine—comes roaring into Bearsville Theater on December 10. Horowitz and Malkine will perpetrate their usual poetic and philosophical poppycock, and Schickele will be aided and abetted by four vocalists: Elizabeth Farnum, Alexandra Sweeton, Brian Dougherty, and Lewis White. Whether you have the holiday blues or just want to try out your new meds, join us for guaranteed laughs and musical mayhem!
